Job Description

  • Manage incoming calls and inquiries
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions & alternatives within the time limits, follow up to ensure resolution
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

Requirements

  • B.Sc Degree
  • 0-2 years work experience
  • Good communication skill
  • Amiable personality.
