We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Associate

Location: Lagos Island, Lagos

Job Brief

  • We are looking for a resolute customer service associate to identify and capitalize on opportunities for our firm.
  • The sales analyst will be required to study existing procedures and formulate appropriate strategies that facilitate our expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines .
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

Requirements

  • B.Sc / B.A Degree in any field.
  • Extensive experience as a sales analyst or equivalent.
  • Experience in customer support is a plus.
  • Communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven sales track record.
  • Applicants must reside within Lekki, Ajah axis.
