Job Title: Customer Relations Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • As a CRM manager, you will be at the very heart of the compan's digital marketing strategies. You will collaborate with the performance team in order to achieve the company's objectives & goals.
  • You will be joining a friendly team that is motivated in making data-driven decisions with the goal of growing demand and expanding revenue streams.

Duties

  • Tracking campaigns' performances.
  • Working closely with the marketing team to create, deploy and monitor various digital marketing campaigns.
  • Reporting.
  • Liaising with agencies that support the company's digital campaigns to monitor and ensure that the online strategies are being applied.
  • Support in optimizing PPC components on Paid Search, Display, Social Media & Programmatic Campaigns.
  • Planning and delivering CRM strategies for the company to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
  • Deciding on a CRM platform, structure and architecture that works best for the companys' needs.
  • Ensuring that the platform works perfectly across all departments and that it captures all required information at key points in the customer's life cycle.
  • Customer Journey Mapping (CJM) work. These will include customer profiling and analysis.
  • Overseeing direct communications with customers through the CRM.
  • Monitoring and maximizing customer lifetime value strategies to ensure maximum profitability.
  • Ensuring the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree qualification
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role (gambling or e-commerce experience offers a significant advantage). Knowledge of CRM best practices.
  • Excellent knowledge of various aspects of digital marketing; Paid Search, PPC, Display, Email, Mobile and so on.
  • Certification in CRM & Digital Marketing is a plus.
