Job Title: Customer Experience Supervisor

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Acknowledge and respond to all enquiries and complains from prospects and customers.
  • Log all complaints and follow through from origination to resolution.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify service improvement initiatives.
  • Initiate product information and Telesales to prospects.
  • Reactivate dormant account.
  • Cross sell company products.
  • Prepare periodic Customer interaction report.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a B.Sc qualification.
  • 3 - 5 years work experience.
