We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Care Representative

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

  • Meet  with customer's coming into the showroom, attend to their wants, show them round and answer questions relating to product quality, durability and price;
  • Communicating courteously with customers face to face by telephone, email and letter;
  • Keep the customers abreast of the various stages of their jobs during production, time frame for delivery and installation to the customers;
  • Attend to customer's complaint on issues arising from quality of product and after service delivery;
  • Investigating and solving customers' complaints
  • Give feedback to customer on any complaints raised;
  • Keep accurate records of discussions or correspondences with customers;
  • Write weekly report to the Customer Service Manager analysing each customer and their complaints;
  • Meet with the Customer Service Manager to discuss possible improvements to customer service delivery;
  • Learn about organisation's products or services and keep the client updated with changes;

Job Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree with 3-10 years work experience

Salary
NGN50,000 -100,000 Monthly
