Job Title: Courier / Logistics Operation Supervisor

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Planning, overseeing, coordinating and implementing of daily operations.
  • Delegating all shipment that enters into the ground and hub operations to operation staff and ensure properly handling and on time delivery.
  • Tracking and monitoring of logistic drivers and shipments.
  • Preparing of operations weekly/monthly pick-up delivery productivity analysis reports.
  • Ensure that materials are available for operational needs.
  • Schedule delivery and assigns to courier.
  • Responsible for hub & ground Administration/Control.
  • Supervise and manage day-to-day activities of the Operations.
  • Oversee the process of the tracking of all incoming and outgoing mails.
  • Develop logistics plans for current opérations and contingency plans
