Detailed Description / Requirements

  • The ability to use, operate and maintain a fire grill is very important.
  • Candidates must live within close commuting- proximity to the Wuye district of Abuja and must be ready to resume work immediately he / she has been examined and approved.
  • 3 - 5 years Experience.
  • ONLY Candidates with the ability to make ALL the items listed below INDEPENDENTLY, without SUPERVISION or TRAINING should apply:
    • Grilled Catfish / Croaker / Tilapia
    • Grilled Plantain / Yam (Bole)
    • Grilled local Chicken Suya
    • Grilled Guinea Foul
    • Grilled Beef Suya Skewer
    • Kidney / Liver / Gizzard Skewers
    • Masa
    • Chicken Wings
    • Turkey Wings
    • Peppered Goat Meat
    • Asun
    • Gizzard
    • Shawarma Combo
    • Shawarma (Beef / Chicken)
    • Mini Burger (3 Beef / Chicken)
    • Ultimate Club Sandwich.
