Job Position: Clients Services Executive
Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Our Partner is currently hiring for our Mid-level sales and customer service position for individuals with sales and customer service backgrounds.
  • This role is a great opportunity for you to get the coaching and training necessary to succeed in a corporate environment. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to advance into leadership & management roles.

Responsibilities

  • Building relationships with business owners on an everyday basis
  • Account acquisition and account management
  • Conducting presentations with business owners on behalf of our clients to promote their products and services
  • Direct marketing, customer acquisition, lead generation & customer services skills required
  • Sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing value
  • Aid in the design and development of product/services delivery
  • Mediate between clients and the organization to resolve customer requests and complaints.

Requirements

  • HND, B.Sc
  • 2 - 5 years experience in Sales, Customer service, Retail or Hospitality
  • Strong Work Ethic
  • Outstanding Student Mentality
  • Winning Attitude
  • Desire to Achieve Above Average Results
  • Very Good Computer skills (Excel, Microsoft word) - To be tested
  • Good communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Currently living in Lagos.
