We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Client Service Representative

Location: Ajah, Lagos

Job Description

  • We are looking to hire a Client Service Representative that will engage our customers, hold conversations to understand client needs and goals, ask questions to clarify requests/concernsand take necessary actions to respond in a timely manner, while escalating client requests to the appropriate parties within the organization.
  • The ideal candidate for this position must have a positive attitude, charming charisma and keep a friendly but professional demeanour at all times while attending to customers.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
  • Available to attend to customer needs at all times
  • Complete sales transactions and ensure conversions
  • Ensure issue resolution and follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction
  • Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing or any other related field
  • Excellent communication and conversion skills
  • Previous Customer Service or Sales experience will be an added advantage
  • Must be female and reside on Lekki/Ajah axis for proximity to work.
