We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Chief Operating Officer

Location: Lagos

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (a finance-related degree is advantageous but not necessary);
  • Candidate may or may not be a CFA Charterholder. The ideal candidate must however demonstrate a good knowledge of the workings of capital markets and the investment industry
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in finance and investment management industry
  • Minimum 3 years in leadership role, ideally in managing a not-for profit organization or significant segment thereof – including strategic planning, governance, budget management, and implementation of business plans
  • In-depth knowledge of the regulatory structures, political system and legislation in Nigeria
