Abraka Turf and Country Club is a world-class Nigerian establishment and a major player in the hospitality and leisure business. We are a luxurious, eco-friendly private country club located in Delta State.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Chef

Location: Abraka, Delta
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities
They include but not limited to:

  • In depth knowledge of national and continental recipes, setting up food menusand training techniques
  • Understanding of raw materials, quality control and other techniques for the effective creation and distribution of food products
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Knowledge of food preparation regulations and standards
  • Employs food safety best practices and makes sure that all kitchen staff members do the same
  • Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace, and complying with all safety norms while carrying out work function
  • Keep an inventory of all orders and stock.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 3 - 10 years work experience.

Salary
N75,000 - N150,000 monthly.
