Job Title: Chef

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Study each recipe and gather all required ingredients
  • Cook food in a timely manner
  • Ensure appealing food presentation
  • Introduce new meals with great potential to sell to the management
  • Supervise cooks & assist when needed.
  • Slightly modify recipes to meet customers’ need.
  • Check freshness of food & discard / refresh if food looks stale.

Requirements

  • Advance knowledge of culinary
  • Leadership skills
  • Excellent time management
  • Familiarity with sanitation regulation
  • Previous experience in 5 Star hotel or top restaurant is an added advantage.
