A reputable research company is currently recruiting A FEMALE CALL CORRESPONDENT to fill the position below:

Job Title: Call Correspondent

Location: Uyo

Job Responsibilities/Description

  • Receive and attend to online clients POLITELY
  • Ensure smooth and timely communication flow
  • Ensure accurate and timely picking of calls
  • Track and trace payments and customer complaints
  • Have a very good command of Spoken English
  • Utilize Process Monitors and Workflows on daily basis
  • Contribute to maintain strong relationships with online clients
  • Overseas communications, timely responses to emails and requests (internal and external)
  • Various reporting responsibilities as needed
  • Maintain logs and records of calls, hard copies of customer files and billing activities and other information.
  • Early resumption of work on or before 8am.

Qualifications

  • 6 months of related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results
  • Not More than 25 years of age
  • Pro-active, strong organizational skills
  • Good computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in English.
