Job Title: Business Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Our organization is aiming to acquire Business Manager to lead and supervise the work of our staff and partners.

Responsibilities

  • See to assessing as well as identifying new opportunities for growth in current as well as prospective markets.
  • Try and establish the organization's objectives and goals.
  • Will need to assist to recruit and train new staff.
  • Determining area of improvement of staff after regular evaluations.
  • Assist in designing business strategies to meet the organization's goals.
  • Ensuring the organization has enough resources in terms of personnel, equipment and material.
  • Development of comprehensive budget for the organization
  • Performing periodic budget analyses.
  • Making sure that all our organization's activities adhere to legal policies and guidelines.
  • Periodically assessing overall performance of the organization.

Requirements

  • First Degree in Business, Business Management or any other related disciplines.
  • 3 years' experience in a management position.
  • Possess quality leadership abilities.
  • Have good and excellent verbal and verbal communication skills.
  • Good knowledge about business regulations and policies and regulations.
  • Good analytical thinking and business insight.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Have good time management skills.
  • Possess basic math skills as well as understanding of basic financial concepts.
