We are a growing FMCG company, located in Lagos Nigeria with specialization in manufacuturing key consumer products being used by a large spectrum of consumers.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Description

  • We are looking for a Business Manager who is well versed in managing business operations for a startup company.

The incumbent will be responsible for the following:

  • Coordinate and oversee execution of company operations.
  • Provide management with regular report on key areas within your unit.
  • Liaise with the Legal team in reviewing contracts as relates to business operations.
  • Ensure consistent supply of company resources such as Human resource personnel, material and equipment.
  • Collect, research, track and analyze relevant business data.
  • Adhere to all relevant laws and internal policies as well as review policies where required.
  • Work with and manage relationship with vendors, ensuring consistent supply of key resources.
  • Responsible for overseeing employee activities and client relationship management.
  • General book keeping of company accounts.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role as a Business / Admin Manager.
  • Experience managing an organizations general operations.
  • An Accounting background is an added advantage.
