We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst

Location: Lagos

Descriptions

  • Perform data analysis to generate periodic and ad hoc reports as required for business purposes and decision making. This includes sourcing and mining data across the business to feed the business reports.
  • Develop and implement a plan(s) to ensure accurate market intelligence is obtained, facilitating business decisions across all TSL Metroline operations.
  • Analyse business information / data to identify and recommend process improvement initiatives to increase business efficiency and effectiveness; including participating in cross-functional meetings to resolve recurring customer issues for data input, analysis, storage and retrieval.
  • Assist departments with a wide range of projects related to data analysis including, revenue analysis, route profitability, passenger journey trends, cost analysis, performance monitoring, KPI management and reporting.
  • Assist in developing and preparing presentation materials, data reviews and complete other analysis-related tasks as assigned.
  • Perform forecast and trend analysis using enterprise databases, software systems, and external data sources.
  • Assist in preparing written summaries of technical analyses, comprehensive and complex analytical reports.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety and security regulations and policies in the organization.
  • Ensure that adequate and effective risk assessments are undertaken and regularly reviewed.

Requirement / Qualification

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area such as Business, MIS or Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Economics or any other related field.
  • Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a similar role
