We are currently recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Manager & Marketer

Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the overall digital campaign calendar
  • Oversee strategy and day to day management of web, email, search, paid media, and digital operations
  • Partner with centralized digital and campaigns teams to ensure alignment and appropriate leverage of resources
  • Define metrics and KPIs to effectively track engagement of customers based on different factors
  • Establish models for campaign targeting, audience management and customer segmentation for digital engagement
  • Recommend test plans across all digital channels to continually seek inputs to guide channel optimization
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, ability to use data to develop and measure campaign performance
  • Prior history of driving cross-functional projects across categories or other departments
  • Strong written and oral communication skills with an innate attention to detail.
  • Proven track record of creating and executing integrated campaigns using tactics that include digital advertising, lead nurture programs, live events, webinars, and social media
  • Hands-on experience building, launching, and reporting on campaigns using Marketo, Salesforce.com, Splashthat, Sprinklr, and Qualtrics
  • Demonstrable experience finding ways to drive operational efficiency
  • Highly collaborative and has experience working cross-functionally and gathering requirements across business teams
  • Expertise in managing and prioritizing multiple projects and has great attention to detail
