Requirements / Competencies

  • A bachelor's degree in Business administration, finance marketing, or related field.
  • Master's degree is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 4 - 6 years of proven experience, with 2 years in a senior managerial role.
  • Must have work experience in a production manufacturing firm.
  • Must process strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Must have track records of success.
  • Strong financial acumen and commercial awareness.
  • Good understanding of market research and analysis.
  • Strategic and creative thinking skill.
  • Micro-economics and industry knowledge.
