Marcforte Business Consulting Limited is a wholly Nigerian organisation. We operate as an organisational development consultancy providing bespoke interventions aimed at improving staff engagement and performance. As an experienced consultancy, we work across sectors with clients in either product or service industries who require the infusion of world-class standards and best practices into their structures especially as a result of, or in readiness for growth and expansion.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Business Development Executive

Job Location: Lagos
Job Industry: Project Management

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate business leads
  • Pitching company’s services to potential clients
  • Maintain healthy relationships with new and existing clients
  • Attend industry events and other meetings to stay abreast of market conditions, competition, and establish relationships with existing clients and prospects.
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
  • Prepare presentations and pitches
  • Develop quotes and proposals

Expected Qualities

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good with numbers
  • IT savvy
  • Very creative and reliable
  • In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail

Job Specification

  • B.Sc. / HND from any discipline
  • A female candidate is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience as a business development executive
  • Business Development experience in a project management firm is required.
  • Proven ability to establish profitable relationships with decision makers at companies and organisations.
  • Outstanding presentation and relationship building skills.
