We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Bartender / Mixologist

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Providing a positive and excellent guest experience
  • Assess customers’needs and preferences and make recommendations
  • Keeping a well-stocked bar with an adequate supply of bar items
  • Organising and maintaining the bar area neatly and decently to streamline drink preparation and inventory.
  • Placing orders for liquor, beer, wine, and other supplies.
  • Plan and present bar menus and inform customers about new beverages and specials
  • Develop new cocktail recipes
  • Take inventory, restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
  • Comply with all food and beverage regulations.

Job Requirements / Qualifications

  • Reasonable working experience as a Bar tender / Mixologist
  • Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
  • Ability to prepare variety of cocktails
  • Ability to assess customer preferences and making drink recommendations
  • Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean
  • Relevant training certificate (if necessary)
  • An eye for detail and understanding drink mixing tools and techniques
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Positive, engaging personality and professional appearance.
