Tribest Corporate Support Limited, a human resources outsourcing outfit is recruiting young, intelligent and trainable youths for her client, a reputable company in the financial services industry for roles in its Operations and Customer Service Departments.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Bank Teller, Customer Service, Sales Executive

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Requirements

  • OND / NCE/ B.Sc in any field
  • Must not be more than 27 years(Customer service, bank teller ,Pos and IT support)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office especially Excel and Word
  • Exceptional time management, communication, and customer service skills.
  • High level of accountability, efficiency, and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
