D'Lords Bakery is a food production company and was incorporated in Lagos, Nigeria with Registration Number 616826. It was registered on 16th February 2005 and its current status is unknown. The Company's registered office address is No.16, Ajetomobi Street Ikontun, Lagos State.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Bakery Production Supervisor

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in mixing, dividing, molding, and proofing of dough, and in baking, slicing, and wrapping of bread, pastries, and other bakery products:
  • Examines dough and batter for specified consistency.
  • Oversees operation of automatic machinery, such as rounding, curling, icing, slicing, and wrapping machines to ensure maintenance of specified quality standards and production schedules.
  • Sets up and adjusts wrapping and slicing machines.
  • Trains new workers.
  • Performs other duties as described by the Director.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess an HND, OND, with minimum of 5 years of experience.
