Job Title: Assistant Secretary

Job Description

  • Sourcing of clients and influencers
  • Updating database regularly
  • Acting as the point of contact between the CEO and clients
  • Updating contracts for each offer and handling the mails accordingly
  • Sending briefs for influencers
  • Track and verify postings done
  • Handling requests and queries appropriately, answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
  • Doing research and building database on social media

Candidate Requirements

  • Work experience as a personal assistant preferred
  • MS Office and English proficiency
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Highly motivated
  • High School degree
  • Basic knowledge on social media preferred
  • Selling or good communication skills are considered as an advantage
  • Personal computer or PC, phone and internet connection is mandatory

Salary
N60,000 / month with bonus.
