Job Title: Assistant Facility Manager

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of leased houses, oversee all maintenance and repairs to the estate grounds and buildings, manage house staff and groundskeepers, and coordinate events and functions.
  • Managing the daily operations of the estate including staff schedules, upkeep, and bookings.
  • Managing all maintenance, repairs, and renovations to buildings and estate grounds.
  • Managing all administrative tasks.

Job Requirements

  • B.Sc / HND in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, or similar field.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Facility Manager, Estate Manager or related field is a must.
  • Experience in property management including the coordination of housekeeping, maintenance, and renovations.
  • Great leadership and project management abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities.

Salary
N120,000 - N200,000 / month
