We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Asset / Operations Associate

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary of the Principal Duties Expected from the Job

  • Act as a contact for company’s various operations and travel to various sites for location visits, assessments, etc.
  • Oversee all company physical assets and come up with strategies to maximize their use
  • Manage field staff administration, time sheet, and logistics
  • Travel frequently to various cities in Nigeria to assess company’s assets and report on findings
  • Oversee all company’s facility management duties such as preventative maintenance, utilities, security, repairs, HSE, regulatory compliance, etc
  • Oversee company’s logistics and supply chain operations
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

  • Must have an HND, BSc or MSc Degree. Preference will be given to candidates with Asset Management or Facility management degrees.
  • Candidate must have at least 1 year of solid experience in Facilities Management, Operations Management, or Asset Management.
  • Strong preference will be given to candidates with experience in Asset Management, Facilities Management, or Operations. 
  • Ideal candidate is a self starter who needs minimal supervision and must have strong analytical
  • Candidate must be willing to travel to any city in Nigeria
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and operations intensive environment
  • Candidate should have very strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and research skills.

Note: This is a Junior/Intermediate role and best suited for those with 1-3 years experince.
