Job Title: Architect

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Prepare information regarding designs, structure specifications, materials, color,equipment, estimated costs and construction time.
  • Prepare operating and maintenance manuals, studies and reports
  • Administer construction contracts
  • Represents company in obtaining bids and awarding construction contracts
  • Prepare scale drawings.
  • Conduct periodic on-site observation of work during construction to monitor compliance with plans.
  • Consult with client to determine functional and spatial requirements of structure.
  • Direct activities of workers engaged in preparing drawings and specification documents.
  • Prepare contracts documents for building contractors.
  • Integrate engineering element into unified design,
  • Plan layout of the project,
