Deluxe Mint Group is an integrated Real Estate development group with divisions that carry out design/engineering, construction, real estate development, hospitality and facility management with corporate Head Office on Lekki Phase1, Lagos. Deluxe Mint also offer a complete external landscaping, interior design, paving and flooring products business - from planning. productionand engineering, to guidance and delivery. We produce concrete products, metals & wood works at our Ibeju Lekki Factory.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Architect

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We are looking for a Mid-Level Architect with strong administrative skills to join our team located in Lekki Phase1, Lagos.

The Role

  • Support the running of architectural projects within the Practice and act as independent project architect with support from senior staff.
  • Assist Project manager in handling projects from concept design stage, through development of design and all necessary stages or applications for statutory approvals, production information, specifications, tender process, including carrying out inspections of projects on site.
  • Responsible for medium-sized architectural projects and preparing construction documentation of same.
  • Solve medium architectural problems while showing creativity in design.
  • Visit and supervise assigned projects to ensure adherence to design intent.

Requisite Qualifications / Experience

  • At least a Bachelor's Degree or HND in Architecture.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar position
  • Expert knowledge of relevant architectural software such as AUTOcad, 3D MAX, Revit, Sketch up, V ray and other 3D renders in SPD ..etc.) is compulsory.

Required Skills / Attributes:

  • Strong design skills. (Compulsory)
  • Excellent demonstrable understanding of building design and construction.
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Sound ability to analyze programmatic requirements to produce designs that address project criteria effectively.
  • Good interpersonal and people management skills.
  • Good team player.
  • Good Time Management Skills and ability to adhere to deadlines given.
  • Strong sense of professionalism, integrity, sound judgment and tact.

Salary
N70,000 - N150,000 / month.
