We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Admin Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • Manage the administrative processes and resolve administrative problems and challenges.
  • Receiving and processing communication channels including emails, phone, and physical mail.
  • Organizing company records and preparing reports
  • Overseeing budgets, maintaining inventory and supplies
  • Providing admin support and ensuring the functionality of office equipment and requisition of new supplies when needed.
  • Organize and manage schedules and calendars for staff

Person Specification

  • Organized and self-motivated
  • BSc /HND in Administration or related field
  • 2-3 yrs experience as Admin/HR officer
  • Good communication, organizational and critical thinking skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite especially Excel/ IT
