Job Title: Admin and Finance Officer

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Manage all accounting transaction
  • Monitor costs and expenses to assist budget preparation.
  • Publish financial statements in time.
  • Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
  • Manage balance sheets and profits
  • Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when neccesary.
  • Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline processes.
  • Monitor inventory of office and factory supplies and with attention to budgetary constraints.

Requirements

  • Work experience as an accountant.
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures including the generally accepted accounting principles.
  • Hands on experience with accounting software like freshbooks, quickbook e.t.c.
  • Advanced MS excel skills including vlookups and pivot tables.
  • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
  • A team player with leadership skills
  • Great sense of fashion and style
  • Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Additional accounting certification is a plus.
  • Gender: Female
  • Age Range: 22 - 27 Years.
