Conceptual Integrated Consult - Our client is currently recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Position: Accounts / Administrative Officer

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Manage all accounting transactions
  • Create, manage and improve business processes.
  • Manage team and report to MD.
  • Preparing business correspondence, agendas, and presentations, typically using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook)
  • Comply with financial policies and regulations.
  • Contributing to cost management and control.
  • Break-even analysis and Investment appraisal
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial accounts and reports
  • Compile and present reports, budgets, business plans, and financial statements
  • Deep knowledge of best practices in financial management
  • Ability to maintain the highest standards of ethics, confidentiality and professionalism
  • Ability to compute invoices and keep records of finances
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
  • Assisting with all aspects of administrative management, directory maintenance, logistics, equipment and storage
  • Managing inventory of assets and supplies, sourcing for suppliers (vendors) and submitting invoices
  • Coordinating between departments and operating units in resolving day-to-day administrative and operational problems
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings, interviews, events and other similar activities
  • Sending faxes and emails
  • Managing documents and files
  • Performing multifaceted general office support.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience.
  • B.Sc / HND in Accounting.
