We are recruiting to fill the position below;

Job Title: Accountant

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Manage all accounting transactions
  • Publish financial statements in time
  • Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
  • Ensure timely bank payments
  • Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
  • Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
  • Examining bank statements and reconciling them with general ledger entries
  • Audit financial transactions and documents
  • Generating financial reports that display the companyТs profits, equity and cash flow
  • Comply with financial policies and regulations

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting, Banking and finance or related field.
  • Must have living proximity to Victoria Island
  • Must be a Chartered Accountant
  • Preferably Female
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in similar role.
  • Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors
  • Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks)
  • Organization skills Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.

Salary
250,000 Monthly
