A leading Real Estate Development company is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Account Officer

Job Ref: AO - 002
Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

  • General accounting tasks, including reconciling and maintaining balance sheet accounts and general ledger operations
  • Ensure all expenses are within assigned project budget and verify the completeness of all required supporting documentation for all payments vouchers
  • Prepare payments, bank transfers and do the bank transactions
  • Identifyand resolve invoicing issues, accounting discrepancies and other financial related issues
  • Prepare staff payroll administrations, including fringe benefit computations.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management or related field
  • 3-5 years experience in Accounting
  • Professional Qualification such as ICAN, ACCA is an added advantage
  • Advanced use of Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Knowledge of accounting software such as Sage, Quickbooks, etc.
