We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Account/ Admin Officer
Location: Rivers
Key Responsibilities
Manage obligations to suppliers, customers, and third-party vendors
Process bank deposits
Reconcile financial statements
Prepare and send invoices
Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments
Preparing and submitting of tax forms
Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable
Perform administrative duties which includes file management, responding to phone calls and emails, managing petty cash and general office management
Educational Qualification / Experience
B.Sc/HND in Finance, Accounting or relevant field
2-3 years of work experience as an account/admin officer or similar role
Advanced knowledge of Excel
Good organizational and time-management abilities
Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
Great attention to details
Strong written and communication skills.
