  • Regulate day-to-day operations of unit in conjunction with Departmental Heads, Manager, Executive Chef, Security.                               
  • Cordinate and liaise with suppliers on procurement and delivery of parts to the office.
  • Meet with customers, staff or vendors at their premises
  • Responsible for Biweekly meetings
  • Mandatory oil and lubricant check of generator, pumping machine, air compressor, post lift and other equipment that need daily checks.
  • Tracking staff attendance, presence and regulating gate pass tags
  • Monitor work and maintain an efficient rapport between other employees and directors’ board
  • Investigate all issues on floor and assist to resolve all mistakes for management team and working staff.
  • Understanding exact issues of cars and being able to relay them directly with the customer or whoever asks.
  • Ensures that the service station is neat, clean, and safe
  • Daily check-up to ensure app, job card and quotes tally
  • Daily report on progress on each job stating percentage completed and items causing delays
  • Supervises and when necessary assists with administrative services related to automobile repairs; tasks may include preparing cost estimates for customers, notifying customers of preventive and scheduled maintenance, and making repairs within skill level.
